Registration

Registration will be simple!

Because this special event is designed to be very intimate and unique, we are limiting spaces to only 45 persons. Registration, therefore, will be very straightforward. Simply Click Here to Register for this Event. If you have any questions, you can contact Diane Labrecque, the director of TUUFF, at dianelabrecque@sympatico.ca or call her at (514) 774-7733. You can also contact Guy Perron at guyperron3@gmail.com or call him at (438) 495-7747. International phone charges may apply.

When you register, you will have the option to pay your trip in one full payment or you can also make a payment of $1,000 USD in order to seal in your registration. This will guarantee that your place is officially reserved since there are limited spots available. You will then have to pay the balance owed by January 15, 2018, which will allow us to complete all payments due for the group.

We look forward to another very exciting, unique and transforming pilgrimage to the Holy Land of Jesus in Israel! May God and Jesus bless each and every one of this privileged group of pilgrims who will be taking part of The United Urantia Family Easter Spirit Renewal Retreat 2018.

Cancellation Policy: Up until three months before the event (December 29, 2017), cancellations will be fully refunded minus $250 USD per person, to cover for the registration and processing fees incurred. Up until two months minus one day before the event (January 28, 2018), cancellations will be refunded only 50% of the sum paid due to some payments having already been made. From January 29, 2018 until the event held from March 29, 2018 to April 12, 2018 no refunds will be given because all costs for the trip will have been paid to the various suppliers and they will issue no refund.
