Registration will be simple!

Because this special event is designed to be very intimate and special, we're limiting spaces to only 20-40 persons. Registration, therefore, will be very straightforward. Simply contact Diane Labrecque, the director of TUUFF, by phone at (514) 277-2308. Or to save you a possible long distance charge you can send her an email at with your telephone number and she will contact you regarding your registration.

You will then receive an email asking you to make a deposit of $875 USD, representing 50% of the full amount, in order to seal in your registration. This will guarantee that your place is officially reserved since there are few places available. The United Urantia Family is a Non-Profit Charity organization and we have a link to our PayPal account that we will be sending you in order to make your deposit on-line.

Finally, you will be asked to pay the balance owed of $875 USD for the remainder of the trip sometime in March 2016, in order to pay for the balance, which will allow us to complete all payments due for the group. We look forward to a very exciting, unique and transforming trip to the Homeland of Jesus in the Holy Land of Israel. Cancellation Policy: Up until two months before departure, $150 USD per person will be charged if cancelled once booked, to cover reservations and PayPal costs. Up until one month before departure, $250 USD will be charged if cancelled once booked. Should a cancellation be made one month or less before departure, 100% penalty will apply and no refunds will be given because all costs for the trip will have been paid by then.

Passport requirement: Every member on the trip must ensure that their passport is valid for 6 months past their return travel date.
