Out of town attendees will likely want to take advantage of the very affordable, comfortable accommodations provided at the University. The student residences we will be utilizing have received the exemplary 4-star rating for University residences. They are adjacent to the Festival venue and are similar to small apartment complexes.Choices are as follows:
- One single-bed room - situated within an 8-bedroom apartment
- One single-bed room - situated within a 3-bedroom apartment
- One double-bed studio - private quarters in a 1-bedroom apartment
- One double-bed room and one single-bed room - situated within a 2-bedroom apartment. This option is ideal for families.
Each choice features a private bedroom with a lockable door and shared bathroom. The 8-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments feature a shared common lounge area. There is a limited number of studio apartments available and these are reserved for participants who are married or are in committed relationships.

Meals ~
For an additional $80, UQÀM will provide breakfast and lunch to Festival participants at a cozy little restaurant on the UQÀM campus, especially designated and reserved for Festival attendees. We are also planning a special banquet dinner on Sunday evening to close the Festival in celebratory fashion. Reservations for this delicious and memorable banquet dinner ($30 per person) are recommended.Events ~

The standard registration rate (Adults) for the Festival is $130 for the entire Festival. Discounted rates are available for your lodging as well as for Festival activities if booked in advance (prior to June 1, 2010). We encourage you to register as early as possible in order to take advantage of these discounts.Airport Shuttle Service ~
Those traveling by air will want to take advantage of the brand new 747 Express Bus to the Berri-UQÀM Central Station, which is part of the UQÀM grounds. The cost is $7 per person each way. This shuttle bus has its own dedicated lane, which will greatly facilitate getting to and from the airport quickly.
