- Cost for registration, lodging and meals: Flat rate of $345 per person, which includes 9 full meals + beverages.

If you are flying and don't intend to rent a car, Zack's Shuttle Service for ground transportation to and from Presentation Center from the San Jose, San Francisco, or Oakland Airports is recommended.
- Meals: Tasty, nutritious meals are prepared by a skilled chef and served buffet style. Special dietary options, i.e., Ovo-lacto Vegetarian (may contain eggs and dairy products) and Wheat- and Gluten-free are available with advance notice. Please indicate these needs at the time of online registration. Every testimonial given to the Presentation Center makes glowing mention of the excellent, food!
- Smoking Policy: The Presentation Center is a non-smoking facility (inside and outside). The only place that smoking is allowed is inside of a personal vehicle in the Parking Lot.
